1. General Agreement By purchasing any product from DXB Deals, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the sale and purchase of used iPhones and Android devices.

2. Device Condition

• All devices are sold in as-is condition unless otherwise specified.

• Devices are graded based on their physical and functional condition:

  • Grade A: Minimal signs of use, fully functional.

  • Grade B: Moderate signs of use, fully functional.

  • Grade C: Significant signs of wear, fully functional.

• Buyers are encouraged to review the grading and inspect devices before finalizing the purchase.

3. Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: A limited warranty of 7 days is provided for functionality issues (hardware-related defects). The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage post-purchase.

  • Software issues arising from user actions.

  • Battery performance variations due to age.

• Returns: Returns are accepted only within 3 days of purchase and must be in the same condition as sold. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are final and non-negotiable unless a special promotion applies.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or authorized digital payment platforms.

• Any modifications or repairs made to the device after purchase void the warranty.

7. Privacy and Data

• All devices sold by DXB Deals are cleared of previous user data to the best of our ability.

• Customers should immediately reset the device upon purchase to ensure their own data security.

8. Limitation of Liability

• DXB Deals is not liable for:

  • Loss of data post-purchase.

  • Any damages arising from improper use or third-party repairs.

  • Compatibility issues with carriers or accessories.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from purchases must be submitted in writing to DXB Deals.

• DXB Deals reserves the right to mediate and resolve disputes amicably.

10. Amendments
